Some evenings are worth building a night around. Stay & Savour is a one-night escape to the coast of Hornbæk, built around the CORI Table Signature Experience. Five seasonal servings, guided by the day's catch and the rhythm of the coast, arrive one at a time, unhurried and precise. Pair them with a wine from the cellar, or let the bar suggest something quietly unexpected.

Between the table and the sea, there is the spa. CORI Spa celebrates the raw and timeless beauty of the Danish coastline, where hot and cold therapies, considered treatments, and a culture of restoration turn an evening into something closer to a reset. Step in before dinner or save it for the slow hours of the morning.

And the morning, when it comes, is its own kind of luxury. Bread still warm from the oven, cultured Danish dairy, soft eggs, smoked fish from the coast, honey, fruit after the season, and juice pressed the same day. A long, lingering breakfast with the sea just beyond the glass and nowhere in particular to be.
