Confit canette leg and rosé-roasted canette breast, traditional red cabbage, caramelised potatoes, prunes from Agen and rich duck sauce.
Risalamande
Madagascar vanilla, rich cream from Øllingegaard and cherry sauce.
With coffee
Traditional Danish Christmas sweets and treats.
