All-day bar and lounge
The Jetty is the social heartbeat of CORI. The day starts with carefully made espresso, the CORI Morning Table, and the longevity juices we are quietly proud of. Through the afternoon the menu shifts to zero proof and low ABV serves, botanical spritzes, and snacks made for the terrace.
After sundown it becomes a proper cocktail bar, with signature drinks that have been earning their place since the first guest sat down. Local walk-ins, guests barefoot from the spa, and the occasional dog all welcome.
